  • So then are we S.O.L or is this app going to be fix to work on phones. Is it needed?

This is still happening in the official release of the full Android 13 Update and to One UI 5. Including with November Security updates and October 1, 2022 Google Play System Update. I reached out to Google and they’re concerned as well and escalating the issue immediately. Something is wrong with the release from the Google Development Team they are guessing because it should indeed show as compatible and is still readily installed on the device itself, but will not update for users and says this instead. If it says it it usually allows you to send feedback from your device if it happens in a polup in the play store. Send the feedback with an explanation that this is happening and shouldn’t be. Including that it occurred after updating the S21+ to Android 13 and Onie UI 5.0. And that no troubleshooting steps fixes the problem.

  • Still issue in december :/

  • Hi,
my S21 Ultra got Android 13 a few days ago and now Android System Intelligence Service suddenly is not longer compatible with the device. I think that this should be a stable OS Version and no Beta. Google Support told me to do save all data and run a factory reset. Is there no other solution?

  • Would using ODIN to downgrade trigger OEM seal?
